How Our Network Works

Request an estimate

Who You Talk To

When you reach out through Executiveexternal Heating & Air, you are connected with an independent HVAC provider in your area. These are separate local businesses. They are not employees of Executiveexternal Heating & Air. The provider you speak with is the one who will give you the estimate and do the work.

What Happens First

The first conversation is short and practical. Expect questions like these:

  • What is the system doing, or not doing?
  • How old is the unit?
  • Is the problem getting worse?
  • Which days and times work for a visit?

Have a few details ready. The make and model are helpful if you can find them on the unit. Notes about strange sounds or smells help too.

What to Ask a Provider

Good questions make the visit smoother. Try these:

  • Can I get a written quote before work begins?
  • What does the visit fee cover, if there is one?
  • Is the repair worth it, or should I think about replacement?
  • How long will the work take?
  • Can you work around my schedule?
  • What happens if a part has to be ordered?

If the problem is urgent, say so. Many providers can respond quickly, but availability varies.

What You Can Safely Do Yourself

Some checks are fine for a homeowner. Look at the thermostat settings and batteries. Check the breaker. Swap a dirty filter. Make sure vents are open and clear. Past that, leave it to a pro. Refrigerant, gas lines, and electrical parts need trained hands and proper tools.

You Are in Control

An estimate is not a contract. You can compare more than one quote, ask for time to think, or say no. Executiveexternal Heating & Air will not pressure you. If something sounds unclear, ask the provider to explain it again.
